At 9:34 p.m. on Monday, Delphos Police were called to the 200 block of West Fourth Street in reference to a subject breaking into vehicles at a residence in that area.  Upon officers’ arrival, the victim/witness stated that a white male had been inside a vehicle parked at the residence and when the victim/witness approached the subject, they ran from the scene. The victim/witness stated the subject did leave behind items that did not belong to the victim and were not in the vehicle prior to the subject gaining entry.
