At 9:41 p.m. on Friday, Delphos Police were called to the 400 block of East Second Street in reference to a domestic violence complaint at a residence in that area.
Upon officers’ arrival, the victim stated that a family or household member had caused physical harm to them and had left the area prior to officers arrival.
Officers will present the case to the prosecutor for review and approval of charges.
