Delphos Police came into contact with Eric Gibson, 22, of Delphos, at 10:17 a.m. Tuesday, at which time Gibson was taken into custody on authority of the Adult Parole Authority for on going issues.  Gibson was later turned over to the Adult Parole Authority.
