Unlocked vehicles entered, items stolen

Two residents in the 900 block of East Second Street requested police at 5:45 p.m. Monday in reference to a theft. 
When the officers arrived, the victims reported they had parked their vehicles by their residence and sometime prior to 8:30 a.m. Monday, unknown subject(s) entered their UNLOCKED vehicles. Nothing was taken from one of the vehicles. The owner of the second vehicle reported her wallet, mall cards and a bottle of perfume was taken.

20-year-old arrested for
underage consumption

Delphos Police officers were on routine patrol at 2:30 a.m. Sunday when they observed 20-year-old Andrew E. Motycka standing in the 100 block of East Second Street in possession of an alcoholic beverage.
Motycka was cited into Lima Municipal Court for underage consumption and possession of an alcoholic beverage.

Windows, fence damaged

A resident from the 900 block of Lima Avenue contacted the Delphos Police Department at 2:07 a.m. Monday in reference to a burglary and criminal damage at the residence. 
The victim reported while they were absent from the residence, an unknown subject(s) made entry into the residence causing damage to two windows and a fence on the property.

Man arrested for receiving stolen property

Delphos Police officers went to the 300 block of South Canal Street at 4 p.m. Saturday and arrested 25-year-old Andrew J. Stocklin on an active warrant out of Van Wert County for receiving stolen property.

Appliance stolen from residence

Delphos Police officers responded to the 300 block of South Vine Street at 8:34 a.m. Sunday in reference to a theft. 
The victim reported that an appliance had been stolen from the residence while they were not home.
