VAN WERT — Nine arraignments were heard Tuesday morning in Van Wert County Common Pleas Court. More will be heard today.

Lee Hummer, 26, Delphos, entered a not guilty plea to tampering with evidence, a felony of the third degree.

He was released on a surety bond and a pretrial was scheduled for July 30.

Tristan Moore, 28, Payne, entered a not guilty plea to two counts of aggravated vehicular assault, each a felony three; three counts of attempted aggravated vehicular assault, each a felony four; and one count of operating a motor vehicle while impaired, a misdemeanor one.

He was released on a surety bond and a pretrial was set for July 30.

Elmico Crisp, 38, Van Wert, entered not guilty pleas to trafficking drugs, a felony five; and trafficking counterfeit controlled substance, also a felony five.

His bond was set at $5,000 cash and a pretrial was set for July 23.

Adam Hector, 26, Ottawa, entered not guilty pleas to vandalism, a felony five; and burglary, a felony two.

He was released on a surety bond with conditions that he have no contact with the victim and honor an 8 p.m. curfew. Pretrial is set for July 30.

Rhonda Risley, 45, Convoy, entered a not guilty plea to possession of drugs, a felony five.

She was released on a surety bond with a pretrial set for July 30.

Donna Cole, 45, Wren, pleaded not guilty to obstructing justice, a felony five.

She was released on a surety bond with a pretrial set for July 30.

Ruth Ann Napier-Caldwell, 22, Van Wert, entered not guilty pleas to one count of vandalism, a felony five; and four counts of burglary, each a felony two.

Her bond was set at $5,000 cash and pretrial set for July 23.

Drew Kenny, 21, Van Wert, entered a not guilty plea to corrupting another with drugs, felony two.

He was released on a surety bond with conditions of no contact with the victim and an 8 p.m. curfew. Pretrial is set for July 30.

Jason Eddins, 37, Van Wert, entered not guilty pleas to possession of drugs, a felony five; trafficking counterfeit controlled substances, a felony five; and trafficking drugs in the vicinity of a school, a felony four.

He was released on a surety bond and pretrial set for July 30.
