Officers Tase one after fight PDF Print

Delphos Police officers responded to a fight in progress outside of Moe’s Dugout at 12:46 a.m. Saturday at 416 W. Clime Street. 
When officers arrived, two subjects had to be physically separated by the officers. After the subjects were separated, one refused to comply with the instructions of the officers and fled on foot. After a short foot pursuit and repeated warnings by the officer to stop, the defendant refused to comply with the direct order of the officer and was subsequently Tased. 
The defendant, Darin W. Lamica, was charged with obstructing official business, underage consumption and disorderly conduct by fighting and transported to the Van Wert County Jail where he was later arraigned in Van Wert Municipal Court Monday. 
The second subject, Roland R. Graham, was charged with and cited into Van Wert Municipal Court with disorderly conduct by fighting.
