At 10:17 a.m. Thursday, Delphos Police were made aware of an active arrest warrant issued by the Adult Parole Authority for William Estle, age 24 of Delphos. At that time officers went to a residence in the 300 block of South Main Street and took Estle into custody. Estle was transported to the Allen County Jail.
