The following individuals appeared Wednesday before Judge Charles Steele in Van Wert County Common Pleas Court:
Jeremy R. Neeley, 23, Van Wert, entered a not guilty plea to two counts of rape, both counts are felonies of the first degree, and has a specification of a life sentence on each count. The two incidents involved a victim that was less than 10 years of age and took place sometime between Jan. 1  and March 2. 
Neeley was ordered held on a $100,000 cash bond with a pretrial hearing to be held on 8 a.m. April 28. 
Stephanie Fannon, 31, Van Wert, entered not guilty pleas to a multiple count indictment of drug charges. 
Fannon was charged with one count of possession of heroin, a felony  of the second degree; possession of cocaine, a felony of the fifth degree; aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree; aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree; possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree; and possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree.  
Fannon was apprehended by the Van Wert City Police Department during a traffic stop on March 26, at which time she was found to have drugs in her vehicle and on her person. 
Judge Steele set bond at $150,000 cash with a ten percent privilege and scheduled a pretrial hearing for 8 a.m. April 28.
Dennis McGinnis, 28, Lima, entered a not guilty plea to two counts of theft, both counts being felonies of the fifth degree. 
McGinnis was indicted for the theft of four laptop computers from the Van Wert Super Walmart on Jan. 20 and 29. 
McGinnis is presently being held in the Mercer County Jail for thefts from the Celina Walmart. He also has charges for theft from the Ottawa Walmart. 
Judge Steele ordered that McGinnis be held on a $25,000 cash bond and scheduled a pretrial hearing for 8 a.m. April 28. 
Kori Glossett, 19, Van Wert, entered a plea of not guilty to one count of forgery, a felony of the fifth degree. 
Glossett was released on a $5,000 unsecured personal surety bond with a pretrial hearing scheduled for 8 a.m. April 28.
Teresa Wood, 39, Van Wert, entered a not guilty plea to an indictment charging her with one count of receiving stolen property and two counts of forgery, all three counts being felonies of the fifth degree.  
Wood was released on a $5,000 unsecured personal surety bond with a pretrial hearing scheduled for 8 a.m. April 28. 
Adrian Mileto, 27, Van Wert, entered a not guilty plea to an indictment charging her with domestic violence, a felony of the third degree. 
Mileto was ordered held on a $10,000 cash bond along with a $5,000 unsecured personal surety bond. 
A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for 8 a.m. April 28.
