The following Individuals appeared Wednesday before Judge Charles Steele in Van Wert County Common Pleas Court: 
April Diltz, 32, Swanton and formerly of Van Wert, entered a plea of guilty to two counts of possession of drugs (heroin), a felony of the fourth degree. 
Diltz was arrested after she allegedly sold heroin to an undercover agent working for the West Central Crime Task Force during August 2010. The sales of the heroin took place in Van Wert.
