While on routine patrol in the 100 block of North Franklin Street at 5:03 p.m. Wednesday, Delphos Police came into contact with Michele Wagner, 28 of Delphos.
As a result, officers found that Wagner was operating a motor vehicle while under suspension. Wagner was cited into Lima Municipal Court on the charge and was later released.
