Unlocked vehicles targeted for thefts PDF Print

Delphos Police were called to the 600 block of East Fourth Street at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday in reference to a theft report.
Upon officers’ arrival, the victim stated that sometime on Sunday, someone entered the victim’s unlocked vehicle and had taken some personal items from inside.
At 6:13 p.m., police were called to the 500 block of East Fourth Street in reference to a theft complaint.
Upon officers’ arrival, the victim stated on Sunday someone had entered the victim’s unlocked vehicle and had taken personal items from inside the vehicle.
At 8:02 p.m., police were called to the 100 block of East Seventh Street in reference to a theft complaint.
Upon officers arrival the victim stated that two vehicles that were parked at the residence in that area had been entered but the victim was unsure if any personal items had been removed from the vehicle.

 

Juveniles may face charges for breaking and entering

Delphos Police were called to the 600 block of Davis Street at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday in reference to a breaking and entering complaint.
Upon officers’ arrival, the victim stated that a neighbor had witnessed three subjects breaking into their shed. 
After a short investigation, officers were able to identify the subjects involved and able to locate them. 
The case will be forwarded to the Van Wert Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office for possible charges.
