The following individuals appeared Tuesday before Judge Charles Steele in Van Wert County Court Of Common Pleas:
Rodney Walker, 40, of Van Wert, entered a plea of guilty to a reduced charge of attempted trespass in a  habitation, a felony of the fifth degree. He was originally charged with trespass in a habitation, a felony of the fourth degree. 
His bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted. His sentencing was set for June 27.
David Boff Jr., 19, of Van Wert, admitted to violating his personal surety bond by failing to report to his probation officer. 
Judge Steele ordered his bond revoked and ordered that he be held in jail until his sentencing on May 23.
