At 11:29 a.m. on June 14, a collision occurred when the driver of one vehicle backed out of a business lot and failed to see oncoming traffic.
Ronald Miller, 62, of Delphos, was traveling northbound on North Canal Street when Geoffery Miller, 26, of Ohio City, backed out from a business at 234 West Canal Street and struck his vehicle.
There was possible injury to Ronald Miller, no injury to Geoffrey Miller and light to moderate damage to the vehicles. Geoffrey Miller was cited for improper backing.
