Eyden was a precious miracle fighter. He fought for more than 18 days to stay here. We have never met a stronger person who changed so many lives. He had Trisomy 13 and fought longer than most kids born with this. He was finally tired of fighting and went to Heaven and is now in the arms of our wonderful Lord in a place free of struggle and pain. We love you, buddy, and will see you again at Heaven’s gates.
The family will hold a happy heaven day celebration dinner from 1 to 3 p.m. today at Westgate Entertainment Center in Lima.
A celebration of life will begin at 1 p.m. Sunday at Harter and Schier Funeral Home, the Rev. Stuart Wyatt officiating.
Friends may call one hour prior to services Sunday at the funeral home and following the services at the Firemen’s Park in Delphos, where a balloon release will be held at 3:01 p.m. Cotton candy, slushies and a blow-up house will be ready for the kids at the balloon release.
