Kirby C. Cummins, 66, of Spencerville and formerly of the Lakeview area, died  at 7:15 p.m. Monday at St. Rita’s Medical Center following a sudden illness.
He was born Aug. 2, 1946, in Bellefontaine to Norman and Eleanore (Fay) Cummins, who are deceased.
On Oct. 2, 1970, he married Lynn Brown, who survives.
Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home, the Revs. Jan Johnson and Rex Schrolucke officiating. Burial will be in Spencerville Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Thursday and after 10 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
