The following individuals appeared Wednesday before Judge Charles Steele in Van Wert County Court Of Common Pleas:
Bond Violations
Jared Garwood, 28, Van Wert, was arrested on a bond violation allegation for participating in violation criminal laws during the weeks of Aug 20 and Aug. 29  He denied the allegations and was ordered held until he posts a $10,000 cash bond. Hearing to be set next week.
Nathaniel Diltz, 29, Delphos, was arrested on a bond violation for not continuing in drug counseling as directed. He admitted to the violation and was ordered held in jail until his sentencing on the underlying charge scheduled for Wednesday.
Arraignments
Joe Quevedo, 47, Van Wert, entered a not guilty plea to a charge of possession of heroin, a felony of the fifth degree.  He was released on a surety bond and ordered to appear for a pretrial on Sept. 26.
Jeremy Kent, 29, Delphos, pled not guilty to a charge of harassment by bodily substances, a felony of the third degree. 
He was released on a surety bond with a condition of electronic monitored house arrest. His case was set for pretrial on Sept. 26.
Calvin Placke, 18, Middle Point, pled not guilty to three counts of breaking and entering, each a felony of the fifth degree; and one count of criminal damaging, a misdemeanor of the second degree.  
He was released on a surety bond and ordered to appear for a pretrial on Sept. 26.
Theodore King, 27, Van Wert, pled not guilty to possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree.  He was released on a surety bond and ordered to appear for a pretrial on Sept. 26.
Zachary Brooks, 19, Van Wert pled not guilty to safecracking, a felony of the fourth degree.  He was released on a surety bond and ordered to appear for a pretrial on Sept. 26.
Jordan Black, 24, Van Wert, entered a not guilty plea to four charges: possession of heroin, complicity in the possession of drugs and two counts of possession of drugs, all felonies of the fifth dgree.
He was released on a surety bond with electronic monitored house arrest with a pretrial set for Wednesday.
Scott Brinkman, 24, Delphos, pled not guilty to two counts:  trespass in a habitation, a felony 4; and breaking and entering, a felony 5.
Bond was set in the amount of $100,000 with 10 percent to be cash. His case was set for pretrial on Wednesday.
Zachary Craig, 33, Van Wert, pled not guilty to a charge of domestic violence, a felony of the third degree. 
He was released on a surety bond with electronic monitored house arrest with the additional condition that he have no contact with the victim, and not be within 100 yards of the victim or her residence.  Pretrial set for Wednesday.
Alisha Stemen, 20, Van Wert, pled not guilty to possession of heroin and complicity to possession of drugs, both felony fives.  She was released on a surety bond and ordered to appear for a pretrial on Sept. 26.
