The following individuals appeared Wednesday before Judge Charles Steele in Van Wert County Court Of Common Pleas:
Bond Violations
Jared Garwood, 28, Van Wert, was arrested on a bond violation allegation for participating in violation criminal laws during the weeks of Aug 20 and Aug. 29  He denied the allegations and was ordered held until he posts a $10,000 cash bond. Hearing to be set next week.
Nathaniel Diltz, 29, Delphos, was arrested on a bond violation for not continuing in drug counseling as directed. He admitted to the violation and was ordered held in jail until his sentencing on the underlying charge scheduled for Wednesday.
