Delphos police are investigating a hit-skip accident reported Tuesday.
Vicky Kayser of Delphos told officers she had parked her vehicle in front of a home at 933 North Jefferson St. and it was struck by an unknown vehicle, causing non-functional damage to the front of the vehicle.
