A Delphos woman was cited for improper backing following a two-vehicle accident reported at 4:10 p.m. Tuesday.
The Delphos police report indicates Antoinette Osting, 77, of Delphos, was backing from a parking space on the east side of 200 block of North Canal Street when her vehicle struck a northbound vehicle driven by Jared Elwer, 16, of Delphos
No one was injured.
The Elwer vehicle sustained moderate damage and the Osting vehicle had functional damage.
