At 7:34 p.m. on Wednesday, Delphos Police were contacted by a resident of the 700 block of East Third Street in reference to a theft complaint. 
Upon officers speaking with the victim, it was found someone had gained entry into the victim’s vehicle and had taken a pool cue and case from inside.
