At 4:04 p.m. on Thursday, Delphos Police were called to the 300 block of Suthoff Street in reference to a vandalism report at a building in that area. 
Upon officers’ arrival, they spoke with a subject from the Senior Center who advised someone had caused a large hole in a window and another window to be cracked.
