Scout continues tradition at Suever Park

DELPHOS — New walking trails are being constructed at Suever Park by Boy Scout A.J. Siefker, who has worked diligently over the past year to achieve Eagle Scout, the highest award in scouting.

VAN WERT—The phrase “I can see right through you” is usually used hypothetically. For someone in the radiology field, however, the saying can be used quite literally. Using X-rays, MRIs and CT scans, radiologists and radiologic technologists can see everything from tumors to hairline fractures in bones.

 

 
Spencerville girl crowned Little Miss Northwest Galaxy

SPENCERVILLE - Spencerville School first grader, Chantell Moore, was recently selected as a Little Miss Midwest Galaxy titleholder to represent Northwest Ohio at the national competition. Moore will be making a special trip to Orlando, Florida, for pageant finals from July 31-Aug. 3, as one of many delegates from across the United States and world to compete for Title of Little Miss Galaxy. Moore is the daughter of Kathy Moore and granddaughter to Wayne and Linda Moore of Wapakoneta.

DELPHOS — Before taking off on a day trip, weekend excursion or extended vacation with a destination including sand, sun and an ocean breeze, make sure to have routine and summer maintenance performed on the vehicle being driven, prepare for prices at the pump and map out a detailed driving route.

Public Relations Manager for AAA Ohio Auto Club Kimberly Schwind said that many people don’t realize that preventative vehicle maintenance goes hand-in-hand with safety. It can also end up saving them tons of money down the road.
