Gerald and Becky Neill of West Mansfield, announce the engagement of their daughter, Nicole, to Andrew Wrasman, son of Anthony and Ann Wrasman of Delphos.

The couple will exchange vows on Feb. 9 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Delphos.

The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Benjamin Logan High School and a 2008 graduate of Rhodes State College. She is employed as a certified medical assistant at Lima Urology.

Her fiance is a 2008 graduate of St. John’s High School and is employed at his family business, Pitsenbarger’s Auto Supply.

Cindy Stirn and Michael Wolford were united in marriage at 2 p.m. on Sept. 15, 2012, at St. John the Baptist Church in Landeck, Deacon Dave Ricker officiating.

The bride’s parents are Barry and Jane Stirn of Elida. The groom’s parents are Tom and Barb Wolford of Delphos.

Nuptial music was provided by vocalist Deanna Cira and organist Louise Haunhorst.

Maid of honor was Heather Carder, friend of the bride.

Bridesmaids were Samantha Peed, friend of the bride; and Nancy Patch, Tammy Stirn and Julie Stirn, sisters of the bride.

Best man was Steve Steward of Delphos, friend of the groom.

Groomsmen were Kaleb Wallace, Matt McNamee and Kyle Youngpeter, friends of the groom; and Nick Wolford, brother of the groom.

Grandparents of the couple are Bob and Dolly Martin, Frank and Frankie Stirn, Al and Arla Jean Wolford and Marion and Marguerite Jettinghoff.

A reception was held at Ottoville Parish Hall after the ceremony. Following a wedding trip to Cozumel, Mexico, the couple reside in Elida.

The bride is a graduate of Elida High School and UNOH with a degree in Automotive Technology. She is employed by Omer’s Alignment.

The groom is a graduate of Jefferson High School and UNOH with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Forensic Accounting. He is employed by SAFY in Delphos.

Kristen Elizabeth Miller and Ian Albert Weber were united in marriage Oct. 27, 2012, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, the Rev. Jacob Gordon officiating.

The bride’s parents are John and Lynn Miller of Delphos. The groom’s parents are Sid and Kathy Weber of Delphos.

Nuptial music was provided by vocalists Lauren and Lindsay Grothouse, organist Linda Schmit and trumpeteer Bill Massa.

Maids of honor were Kaiti Miller and Brittany Miller of Delphos, sisters of the bride.

Bridesmaids were Kayla Weber of Toledo, cousin of the groom; and Alyssa Klausing and Valerie Morris of Delphos, friends of the couple.

Flower girl was Cheyenne Weber of Delphos, niece of the groom. Ring bearer was Logan Weber of Springfield, cousin of the groom.

Best men were Seth Thitoff of Cincinnati, friend of the couple; and Adam Weber of Delphos, brother of the groom.

Groomsmen were Corey Weber of Delphos and Zach Weber of Lima, brothers of the groom; and Brandon Violet of Delphos, friend of the couple.

The bride’s grandparents are Roger Miller, who attended the wedding but is now deceased, and Jim Lauer.

The groom’s grandparents are Nancy Eitniear and Gene and Posey Weber.

A reception was held at the Delphos Knights of Columbus hall. Following a wedding trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple reside in Delphos.

The bride is a St. John’s High School and Rhodes State College graduate. She is employed with OBGYN Specialists of Lima.

The groom is a St. John’s High School and Rhodes State College graduate. He is employed with St. Rita’s Medical Center.

Pastor Dan and Janie Eaton of Delphos First Assembly of God enjoyed their 45th wedding anniversary on Nov. 25.

They celebrated the special occasion by spending it with their family, their church family, and a getaway at The Victorian Lady, a bed and breakfast located in Norwalk.

They are the parents of three children, Michael Eaton of St. Marys, John (Hope) Eaton of Fort Wayne and Chrissy (and Brian) Latstetter of Flushing, Mich.

They also have seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Mr. and Mrs. Gary Backus will celebrate 25 years of marriage on Dec. 12.

The couple will celebrate in church and with a dinner.

Gary and the former Nettie Duncan were united in marriage on Dec. 12, 1987 at Trinity United Methodist Church, the Rev. John Hoover officiating.

They are the parents of 10 children, Michelle Stuber of Lima, Jeremy Backus of Delphos, Laura Lytle of Rowesville, S.C., Gayle Proctor of Lorain, Regina Banbury of Delphos, Delta Gunter of Rochester, N.Y., Michael Gunter of Georgia, Jeffery Wendall and Tina Jones of Lorain and Joyce Mashburn of Florida.

They also have 20 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

Gary is retired from the Lima Ford Engine Plant. Nettie is a homemaker.
