FORT JENNINGS — St. Joseph’s parishioners are getting ready for food, fun, friendship and family at the 84th annual parish festival on Sunday.

Events include bingo, children’s games, inflatables, the Kiddie Tractor Pull, homemade ice cream, a farmer’s market of homemade items, Big Ticket Raffle with winnings up to $1,500, Country Store Bucket Raffle Booth with more than 200 prizes and the hamburger stand.

There will also be a gas/grocery raffle ($500 gas gift card and $500 grocery gift card).

The festival committee has projected 1,500 family-style meals for dine-in and carry-out. Each meal costs $10 for chicken, beef, noodles, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, roll and homemade dessert. Meals will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4-6 p.m. and are drive-through and dine-in.

The Hamburger Stand under the big tent outside is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The funds generated by the parish festival go towards the general maintenance of the church.
