DELPHOS — As soon as the Thanksgiving turkey leftovers are gone,
Trinity United Methodist Women host the annual Christmas Bazaar. This
year’s event is from 4-6:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Trinity’s Family Life
Center at 702 Ambrose Drive.

“The proceeds are used for projects that benefit women and children,” Chair Carol Higbea said.
Preparations
are well underway with caramels, Buckeyes and noodles made and canning
and baking members furiously preparing their goods.
Beef and ham
dinners with all the trimmings will be offered from 4-6:30 p.m. along
with the General Store, which will be full of the homemade items.
Meals
include beef or ham, mashed potatoes and gravy, noodles, green beans,
cole slaw, applesauce, roll and a slice of pie for $9 for adults and $5
for children under 12. Meals are dine-in or carry-out.
