DELPHOS — On July 19, officers arrested 36-year-old April Zamora of Delphos on an active warrant out of Allen County.

On July 20, officers investigated a domestic violence complaint. Officers arrested the primary physical aggressor, 29-year-old Rigoberto Alvarez.

On July 23, officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of North Washington Street for small children left unattended, playing in the roadway. Officers arrived and located the mother. The report was forwarded to Children’s Services for follow-up investigation.

On July 24, Officers spoke with a female who reported damage done to her vehicle by an unknown person.

On July 25, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. During the traffic stop, officers located drug abuse instruments and possible narcotics. The driver, 36-year-old Amanda Wilson, was arrested and transported to the Allen County Jail.

On July 27, officers took a report from a male in the 600 block of Jennings Street, who reported that a bicycle was stolen from his property.

On July 27 and 29, officers took multiple reports of property being spray painted with graffiti.

On July 29, officers responded to a residence in the 500 block of North Main Street. The resident reported that he arrived home from work and found his front wide open. Nothing was missing from inside.

On July 29, officers located 36-year-old April Zamora and took her into custody on a probation violation. She was turned over to a deputy from the Allen County Sheriff’s Office.

On Aug. 2, officers were dispatched to the 900 block of North Washington Street to investigate a domestic violence complaint. Officers found probable cause to arrest the primary physical aggressor, 36-year-old Roland R. Graham III, for domestic violence. He was transported to the Allen County Jail.

On Aug. 3, officers were sent to the 700 block of Jennings Street in reference to an unwanted guest. Officers arrived and found that a female had walked into the complainant’s residence, looked around and then left. The homeowner did not know the female who left prior to officers arrival.

On Aug. 3, officers took a report from a male in the 700 block of North Franklin Street. The male told officers that he found damage done to his vehicle by someone throwing an egg on it.

On Aug. 4, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. During the stop officers found the driver to be in possession of suspected marijuana. The driver, a juvenile, was charged with possession of marijuana.

On Aug. 7, a female came to the police department to file a report. She stated that she was out jogging when a vehicle turned at an intersection and struck her leg as she was crossing the street. The two exchanged words and the driver left the area. The female complained of a minor injury.

On Aug. 7, officers took a report from employees at a business on East Second Street. The employees reported that a large vehicle had done damage to an awning in a drive-through.

On Aug. 7, officers took a report from a female in the 1000 block of North Main Street, who stated that damage was done to her vehicle by a subject with whom she has an on-going dispute.

On Aug. 9, officers came into contact with 47-year-old Michael Dean Ball. Officers found that Ball had an active warrant out of Wapakoneta and was taken into custody and turned over to an officer from the Wapakoneta Police Department.

On Monday, officers spoke with the owners of property in Delphos who requested criminal trespass notices for several individuals whom they no longer want on their properties.

On Monday, officers took a report from a male in the 400 block of South Franklin Street, who reported that fraudulent charges were made on his Superior Credit card.

On Monday, a male came to the police department to report that his prescription medication was stolen.

On Tuesday, officers responded to the 200 block of East Sixth Street and met with the owner of a rental property. The property owner advised that the residence was broken into while sitting vacant.

On Wednesday, officers took a report from a female who stated that she was assaulted by a male with whom she was living. A report was forwarded to the prosecutor’s office for review of charges.

On Thursday, officers responded to a loud music complaint coming from a vehicle in the 700 block of East Third Street. Officers arrived and made contact with several individuals in a vehicle. While speaking with the individuals, four juveniles and one adult, officers located suspected marijuana and paraphernalia in the vehicle. Samuel Bailey, 18, of Delphos was issued a summons to Lima Municipal Court for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Three of the four juveniles will be charged as well.
