DELPHOS — On Aug. 16, officers spoke with a male in the 500 block of South Pierce Street, who reported damage done to his residence and his vehicles from someone throwing eggs.

On Aug. 16, officers were made aware of an active warrant out of Allen County for 22-year-old Natashia Shaeffer Winget on an original charge of desecration and vandalism. Officers located Winget and took her into custody. She was then turned over to a deputy from Allen County Sheriff’s Office.

On Aug. 16, officers were made aware of an active warrant out of Allen County for 18-year-old Anthony Denoyer of Delphos. Denoyer was located and taken into custody. He was later turned over to an Allen County deputy.

On Aug. 17, officers came into contact with an intoxicated male at Fourth and Main Street who was intoxicated and disorderly. Ritchie Royster, 40, of Delphos did not calm down after several warnings and was therefore taken into custody for persistent disorderly conduct. Royster was transported to the Allen County Jail.

On Tuesday, officers met with a male in the 900 block of North Jefferson Street in reference to a theft incident. The male told officers that he sat an item in his driveway to clean it and when he left for a moment someone stole the item. The incident remains under investigation.

On Tuesday, a female contacted the police department to report her flat screen TV was stolen from her residence. The female believed that a family member, who lives in the residence, sold it.

On Thursday, officers located a male, 37-year-old Paul Crichfield of Delphos, who had an outstanding warrant through Allen County. Crichfield was taken into custody and turned over to the Allen County Sheriff’s Office.

On Thursday, officers were contacted in reference to a missing juvenile. The mother of the juvenile stated that she had information that the juvenile had run away. Officers had the juvenile entered into a law enforcement database as missing and checked several locations. Later that day, the juvenile was located near Elida and taken into custody. Charges for ungovernable juvenile will be forwarded to the Allen County Juvenile Court.

On Thursday, an officer on patrol conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle after observing an equipment violation and a traffic offense. The driver, Devon Johnson of Lima, was found to be operating the vehicle on a suspended license. Johnson was issued a citation and will appear in Van Wert Municipal Court to face the charges.
