Damian White, 29, Lima, admitted to violating his bond by failing to report to probation. His bond was set at $50,000 cash or commercial surety and pretrial was set for May 15.

Time waiver

Bobby Panning Jr. 22, Cloverdale, signed a time waiver in open court and requested additional time to prepare his case. Pretrial set for June 5.

Change of plea

Philip Raines, Sr. 30, Van Wert, changed his plea to guilty to two counts of corrupting another with drugs, a felony 4. The court ordered a pre-sentence investigation and set sentencing for June 5.

Jake Byler, 55, Decatur, Indiana, OVI, a felony 3; and driving under suspension, a misdemeanor 1. He was released on surety bond on condition of no driving without court permission. Pretrial set for June 5.

Andrea Hein, 37, Van Wert, aggravated possession of drugs, a felony 5; and illegal conveyance of drugs into a government facility, a felony 3. Released on surety bond with pretrial on June 4.

Casey Jewett, 33, Van Wert, obstructing justice, a felony 5. Released on surety bond with pretrial on June 5.

Anthony Oliver, 24, Van Wert, aggravated possession of drugs, a felony 3; aggravated possession of drugs, a felony 5; and aggravated trafficking drugs, a felony 3. Bond set at $50,000 cash or commercial surety and pretiral set for June 5.

Melissa Searles, 30, Ohio City, possession of a fentanyl compound, a felony 4. Released on surety bond with pretrial set for June 5.

David Seibert, 26, Van Wert, rape, a felony 1; and unlawful sexual conduct with minor, a felony 4. Bond set at $50,000 cash or commercial surety and pretrial set for June 5.

Changes of pleas

Tyler Dunn, 28, Van Wert, changed his plea to guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a felony 5; and possession of drug abuse instruments, a misdemeanor 1. The court ordered a pre-sentence investigation and set sentencing for June 5.

Kyle Goodwin, 30, Van Wert, changed his plea to guilty to two counts of aggravated trafficking drugs, each a felony 4. The court ordered a pre-sentence investigation and set sentencing for June 26.
