VAN WERT — The following individuals appeared in Van Wert County Common Pleas Court:

May 8

Change of plea

Dustin Stuckey, 34, Middle Point, changed his plea to guilty to possession of fentanyl-related compound, a felony 5. Two other similar charges were dismissed for his plea. He was then sentenced to two years community control, two years intensive probation, 39 days jail (credit for 26 served), an additional 30 days at a future date, 100 hours community service, no alcohol or drugs without prescription, substance abuse, mental health and social work assessment and treatment and he was ordered to pay monthly probation fee, partial appointed counsel fees and costs.

Wednesday

Arraignments (all entered not guilty pleas)

Jonathan Slusher, 35, Van Wert, domestic violence, a felony 3. Bond Set at $25, 000 cash or commercial surety, with an order to have no contact with the victim. Pretrial set for June 3.

Sean Laderer, 47, New Hampshire, three counts of rape, each a felony 1; and one count of gross sexual imposition, a felony 3. Bond set at $500,000 cash or commercial surety with no contact order with the victim. Pretrial set for June 3.

Kelly Alvarez Jr., 25, Van Wert, aggravated burglary, a felony 1; and felonious assault, a felony 2. Bond set at $250,000 cash or commercial surety with no contact with victim. Pretrial set for June 3.

Initial appearance

Zachariah Germann, 32, Van Wert, appeared for an initial appearance on a charge of domestic violence, a felony 3. Bond continued from Municipal Court at $25, 000 cash or commercial surety, with an order to have no contact with the victim. Further arraignment set for June 3.
