Thomas West, 54, Middle Point, domestic violence, a felony 4. Bond set at $25,000 cash or commercial surety and hearing set for March 9.

Anthony Sexton, 53, Van Wert, Robbery F2, Abduction, F3. Bond set at $100,000 cash or commercial surety and pretrial set for March 21.

Joshua Finfrock, 33, Cecil, trespass in a habitation, a felony 4; and aggravated menacing, a misdemeanor 1. Bond set at $10,000 cash or commercial surety with an order to have no contact with victim Christopher Wilson. Pretrial set for March 21.

Joshua Bunker, 23, Van Wert, two counts for retaliation, felony 3; harassment by bodily substance, a felony 5; and assault, a misdemeanor 1. Bond set at $10,000 cash and ordered to have no contact with any of the victims. Pretrial set for March 21.

Nathan Braun, 35, Van Wert, 2 counts of importuning, a felony 5; disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, a misdemeanor 1. Released on a surety bond with an order not to use any electronic media for communications. Pretrial set for March 21. 

Kurt Strukamp, 55, Madison, IN, Aggravated Possession of Drugs, F2, and Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments, M1. Released on a surety bond with waiver of extradition. Pretrial set for March 21.

Johnny Bowersock, 53, Van Wert, Domestic Violence, F3. Released on a surety bond with an order to have no contact with Kelli Knapke. Pretrial set for March 21.

Brandi Runyon, 27, Van Wert, two counts of assault,  a felony 4. Released on a surety bond with an order to have no contact with the victims. Pretrial set for March 21.

Alexander Chorvas, 22, Van Wert, domestic violence, a felony 4. Released on a surety bond. Pretrial set for March 21.

Sentencings

Frank Bill, 62, Van Wert, 2 counts of aggravated possession of drugs, a felony 5. Sentenced to: 180 days jail on each counts, concurrent. He was also ordered to pay court costs and partial appointed counsel fees.

Percy Huffman, 36, Lima, theft, a felony 5. Sentencted: five years community control, 60 days jail at later date, 200 hours community service, substance abuse and mental health assessments and treatment, three years intensive probation and was ordered to pay costs, restitution to victim, monthly probation fee and partial appointed counsel fees.

Time waiver

Nowelle Finger, 26, Van Wert, signed a time waiver in open court and requested additional time to prepare her case.

Violations

Samantha Lacy, 25, Van Wert, admitted to violating her probation by failing to complete the WORTH Center program. She was sentenced to 180 days jail with credit for 102 days served. She was also ordered to pay court costs and partial appointed counsel fees.

James Ramirez, 27, Van Wert, admitted to violating his probation, however, since he has already served the maximum time in jail for the charge, he was unsuccessfully terminated from probation. His restitution and court costs orders remain in effect.

Robert Seibert, 31, Van Wert, Denied violating his probation by testing positive for drugs and failing to report. Hearing set for March 12.

Nathan Egly, 32, Ft. Wayne, admitted to violating his probation by failing to report. Continued for further hearing March 14.
