VAN WERT — The following individuals appeared before Judge Martin Burchfield in Van Wert County Common Pleas Court:

Thursday

Bond violation

Amber Baker, 28, Van Wert, admitted to violating her probation by having a positive drug test. Her bond was set at $10,000 cash or commercial surety. Pretrial set for Aug. 22.

Time waiver

Jessie Hodgson, 30, Delphos, signed a limited time waiver in open court and requested additional time to prepare his case. Pretrial set for Oct. 1.

Wednesday

Changes of pleas

Daniel Flory III, 61, Miamisburg, changed his plea to guilty to theft from a person in a protected class, a felony 5. The court ordered a pre-sentence investigation and set sentencing for Sept. 26.

Serena White, 26, Van Wert, requested treatment in lieu following her earlier guilty plea. TIL granted and the case was stayed pending completion of the treatment program.

Violations

Megan Gillette, 27, Van Wert, admitted to violating her probation by moving without permission and by failing to report to probation. She was sentenced to: 180 days jail for telecommunication fraud with credit for 180 days served and 180 days jail foridentity fraud with credit for 117 days served.

Cristina Donate McClure, 29, Van Wert, admitted to violating her bond by walking away from treatment center without permission. Her cash bond was reinstituted. Pretiral to be scheduled.

Time waivers
