DELPHOS – Ralph J. Holdgreve, 77, of Delphos, passed Wednesday morning, Jan. 6, at Mercy Health – St. Rita’s.
He was born Jan. 20, 1943, in Delphos to Carl and Mildred (Kimmet) Holdgreve, who preceded him in death.
Ralph
is survived by three brothers, Robert Holdgreve and John (Pat)
Holdgreve of Delphos and Irvin (Jan) Holdgreve of Whitehall, Michigan.
He
is also preceded in death by two sisters, Louise (John) McRedmond and
Ann (Dick) Schwinnen; and a sister-in-law, Donna Holdgreve.
Ralph
was retired from Perry Corporation, where he had worked for 30 years
fixing copy machines and building new ones. He served in the United
States Air Force. He was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic
Church and American Legion Post 268.
A Memorial Mass will begin at
11 a.m. on Saturday at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Burial
of ashes will follow in St. John’s Cemetery.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the time of service at the church on Saturday.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
