DELPHOS — Colin Bailey had a walk off hit in the bottom of the seventh to lead Jefferson past Crestview 2-1 Wednesday night. His single past the shortstop with bases loaded and two outs, gave the Wildcats the victory.

Connor Burris picked up the win in relief after pitching two innings and allowing no runs. Josh Wiseman gave up the only Crestview run in the first inning and struckout four.

Logan Herron went 1-for-1 with a double to open the fifth but was left stranded in scoring position. Roy Almonte also doubled for Jefferson and earned an RBI.

Logan Gerardot provided the only offense for Crestview when he crossed the plate early in the game.

The Wildcats will host St. John’s on Monday at Jefferson High School.
