KALIDA -- The Lady Wildcats defeated Tinora 46-22 on Tuesday night. Grace Klausing was Kalida’s top scorer with 14 points.

The Wildcats improve to 7-7 (1-2 PCL) with the win.



ADA — Bath defeated Spencerville 63-56 in boys basketball on Saturday. The Wildcats snapped a 24-game losing streak in their double overtime victory at Ohio Northern University.

Dalton Prichard led the Bearcats with 14 points and Josh Henline had 12. Spencerville falls to 2-9 (0-2 NWC).


FORT JENNINGS — The Bluffton boys made easy work of the Musketeers on Saturday with a 47-25 win. The Pirates sit at the top of the NWC with a record of 10-1 (3-0 NWC).

Evan Hoersten led Fort Jennings with 14 points and Nick Trentman had seven points and three rebounds. The Musketeers fall to 1-11 (0-2 PCL).


MILLER CITY — The Miller City boys prevailed over Lincolnview 64-51 Saturday night in a game decided at the free throw line. The Wildcats went to the stripe 30 times and hit 20 (67 percent); the Lancers only seven times, hitting four (57 percent).

Miller City is now 7-4 (2-1 PCL) and Lincolnview is 5-6 (1-1 NWC).


COLUMBUS GROVE — The Bulldogs topped Leipsic in boys basketball on Saturday night. Tayt Birnesser led Columbus Grove with 22 points.

The Bulldogs now sit at 10-0 (3-0 NWC, 3-0 PCL).


KALIDA — The Wildcat boys beat Tinora on Saturday 53-28. Luke Erhart had 15 points and six rebounds for Kalida. Gabe Hovest added 10 points.

The Wildcats improve to 7-5 (1-1 PCL).


PANDORA — Ottoville defeated the Rockets 57-34 in boys basketball on Saturday. Joseph Miller scored 12 points for the Big Green and Ryan Suever had 10 points.

Pandora-Gilboa falls to 5-5 (2-2 PCL) and the Big Green improve to 9-3 (1-1 PCL).


COLUMBUS GROVE — The Lady Bulldogs took down Leipsic 52-30 on Saturday. Kenzie King had 17 points, six rebounds and four steals for Columbus Grove. Angel Schneider added 14 points for the Dogs and seven rebounds.

Grove improves to 11-2 (4-0 PCL, 4-0 NWC) while Leipsic falls to 7-6 (2-2 PCL).


PANDORA — The Fort Jennings girls won their first game of the year on Saturday 58-33 over the Rockets. The Lady Musketeers improve to 1-13 (1-2 PCL) and Pandora-Gilboa falls to 1-11 (0-3 PCL).
